If there was a new player town for players after Lasler I would say Tellerium is probably it. Tellerium offers no casting
through out the town and to my knowledge very very very little pk if any. It also offers a quest master which is located in
the mayor's office. I really think this is the best place for players who are new to go right after lasler because the leveling
on the streets is fairly easy and you have Templeton just north of you if you so choose to go leveling there. I give Tellerium
two Tarian thumbs up.
