New Rigel which is located just north of Rune is a very popular town in this region as well. The town not only offers
a place for newer players to level (on streets and such) but also a quest master. I found Lord Vashir to be a very kind and
gentle man.
The shops of New Rigel are wonderful as well and if you have time while visiting make sure you take a ride on the Gondola.
I must say this place was a wonderful vacation and I have made it my home recently building a large scale house in the housing
area. New Rigel is truly a town of dreams.
